Add, edit, and view your personal shift calendar. Compare schedules with up to 3 coworkers side-by-side.
Search for coworkers, send connection requests, manage your network, and see who's on shift today.
Direct message any connected coworker. Send text, photos, videos, and disappearing messages.
See real-time drive time to your work site with live traffic. Set commute alerts before your shift.
3–7 day weather forecast for your work location. Toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Browse available shift offers posted by administrators. Admin access required to post offers.
Open the app → tap "Create Account" → enter your email address and a strong password. No phone number or social login required.
Add your first and last name, job role, and profile photo. Tap the camera icon on the avatar to upload a photo from your library.
Go to Profile → My Work Sites → tap "+" to add your primary location. Set your default shift hours for that site.
Go to the People tab → tap the search icon → search by name → tap "Add" to send a connection request. Once accepted, you can message and compare schedules.
When prompted, allow push notifications to receive alerts for new messages, connection requests, and shift updates. You can toggle these anytime in Profile → App Settings.
If you accidentally denied a permission, here's how to re-enable it:
iPhone Settings → scroll down → WhosWorking → Location → select "While Using the App". Required for Commute tab and weather by current location.
iPhone Settings → WhosWorking → Notifications → toggle "Allow Notifications" on. Also check Profile → App Settings inside the app.
iPhone Settings → WhosWorking → Photos → select "Full Access" or "Add Photos Only". Required to upload a profile photo or attach images in chat.
iPhone Settings → WhosWorking → Camera → toggle on. Required to take photos directly inside a chat conversation.
